We are looking for a reliable casual IT/Tech Support person to assist our medical offices on an as-needed basis.

This is a very adaptable position with no fixed weekly schedule. Work can generally be completed at mutually convenient times, depending on what support is needed.

Main responsibilities may include:
Basic computer and printer troubleshooting
Wi-Fi/internet connectivity issues
Setting up computers, monitors, printers, and other office equipment
Troubleshooting basic software or login issues
Assisting with simple technology setup and maintenance
Providing occasional in-person support at the clinic when required

This would be a great opportunity for a student, IT graduate, or someone already working in tech who is looking for flexible casual work on the side.

Previous professional IT experience is an asset, but we are mainly looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, reliable, responsive, and able to troubleshoot basic issues independently.
