Tommy's is seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our energetic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a quick-paced restaurant environment, ensuring excellent food presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours





Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
Excellent skills in meal preparation and food presentation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Positive communication skills and teamwork orientation
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates
