Overview
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with a solid focus on customer satisfaction and food safety standards.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation
Assist in setting up dining areas before service and cleaning after closing shifts
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Familiarity with food industry standards, including food handling, safety, and preparation basics
Kitchen experience or hospitality background is beneficial but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
