RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet Customers an answer questions and provide information in a explicit and concise manner
Answer phones, book reservations and open/close rental agreements
Perform vehicle inspections and exchanges
Pick up and drop off customers as needed
Fleet Management duties
Perform daily business tasks of an Automobile rental office
Effectively address and resolve customer issues
*Assist other employees in maintaining a productive and pleasant working workplace
Keep working areas clean, professional and orderly
Inputting information into computer software programs daily




Recommending to management vehicle maintenance and fueling when required
Familiarity with processing credit authorizations
Wash and detail vehicles in the fleet as needed

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of 1-year customer service required
Valid Driving License with a clean driving record
Automobile rental experience is considered a strong asset but not required
Willing and able to work flexible shifts in support of the changing business needs
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual (French and English)
