Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
Handle cash transactions with proper cash handling and cashiering procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces
Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring timely service during busy hours
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer needs promptly and courteously
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Manage time effectively to ensure smooth operation during shifts




Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations required
Experience in cashiering, serving, or hospitality roles is beneficial
Strong communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Prior kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
