THIS IS A FIELD-BASED B2B SALES ROLE - Outside B2B Sales Experience Required

We are looking for a Business Developer to build and grow business throughout the Lower Mainland, BC territory.

You should be comfortable and have experience in:
Making face-to-face sales calls to business customers
Developing new business and growing existing accounts
Building long-term customer relationships
Prospecting and asking for the business
Working independently in a territory
Having business conversations with decision makers

An interest in or passion for automotive maintenance, vehicles or the automotive industry is a definite advantage.

The Opportunity
Manage and develop a defined Lower Mainland area territory
Prospect for new B2B customers and expand existing accounts
Make regular in-person customer visits
Build relationships with independent repair-shop decision makers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions




Follow up on opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline
Work independently while being supported by an experienced sales organization

Compensation & Perks

First-year OTE $65,000–$75,000First-year + Mileage reimbursement, Monthly vehicle allowance and company benefits

Base salary: $42,000–$48,000

Requirements
Outside B2B sales experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
Self-motivated and able to manage a territory independently
Valid BC driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Must currently live in Lower Mainland, BC

Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
