Streetsville Hyundai is looking for a professional, customer-focused, and organized Part time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a positive and qualified experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call our dealership.

Job Mission Statement:
Receptionist will ensure that every customer who enters the showroom or who calls the dealership will be treated with respect, positivity and genuine concern. Receptionist will assist the new and used vehicle departments in licensing vehicles and other administrative duties.

Preferred Educational and Experiential Background:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to utilize MS Word and Excel (basic spreadsheet functions)
Exceptional communication & customer handling skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Neat appearance
Experience with Ministry of transportation licensing process.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to read and write English proficiently




Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software
Excellent customer service and telephone skills
Skilled, friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to log and manage incoming traffic and customer information
Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate department
Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
Responding to emails and handling general inquiries
Scheduling appointments
Filing and maintaining records
Assisting with data entry and other administrative duties
Stocking vehicles into the system
Assisting with licensing and registration paperwork
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy front-desk environment

The role will include a combination of front-desk reception and administrative responsibilities, including stocking vehicles into the system and assisting with licensing and registration paperwork.
