We are looking for an entry-level Floor Supervisor to join our growing commercial bakery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in food production management, with the goal of eventually moving into a Floor Manager role.

The Production Floor Supervisor, using a hands on approach, is responsible to oversee all aspects of the operation of production floor on a day to day basis with focus on food safety, product quality and staff leadership, including:

Implementing production schedule




Work closely with the Floor Manager to ensure production schedule is followed
Manage production teams, delegate work schedule and tasks

Supervision and training of production staff
Day to day supervision of all production staff, ensure all job duties are carried out
Training staff on equipment use and standard operating procedures.

Maintaining quality of product
Implement quality control checks to ensure standard of product

Hands on production
Help production produce high quality products
Manage oven production flow and timing

Ensuring Food Safety practices are followed at all times:
Compliance of HACCP, SQF and gluten free certifications standards
Lead as an example for food safety procedures
Review sanitation sheets and logs, ensure the tasks are being completed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
