Key Responsibilities
Perform basic automotive mechanical repairs and maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical issues and assist with vehicle inspections.
Remove and replace automatic and manual transmissions.
Perform transmission-related repairs and component replacements.
Safely use automotive tools, lifts, diagnostic equipment, and shop equipment.
Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.




Communicate professionally with the team and assist with other shop duties as required.

Requirements
Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
Hands-on experience with transmission removal and installation.
Positive understanding of basic automotive mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Valid driver's license is an asset.

Experience with transmissions is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is motivated, hardworking, and interested in becoming a valuable part of a specialized transmission repair team.

Pay: $19.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
