Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data & Administrative Support Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in the Concord area. This role is ideal for an organized administrative and data professional who enjoys working with spreadsheets, databases, CRM systems, invoices, product information, and customer requests in a quick-paced operational environment.

The Data & Administrative Support Specialist will play an key role in maintaining accurate business data, supporting customer and supplier information, improving internal processes, and helping teams deliver timely service. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate customer, supplier, product, SKU,



and internal user data across databases, spreadsheets, portals, and internal systems.
Review cellular service plans, invoices, supplier deadlines, and account details to support cost optimization, timely payments, and effective service delivery.
Respond to client and customer requests within required timelines, manage requests through Salesforce CRM, and monitor the departmental phone queue.
Create and configure IoT dashboard user accounts for internal and external users while maintaining related documentation and resources.
Validate product data before website publication, complete routine data audits, clean outdated SKUs, and organize bundled-product templates and import files.
Collaborate with internal departments and client stakeholders, provide weekly task status updates, and proactively escalate issues when deadlines are at risk.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour.
