Pharmacy Assistant (Part time)

Position Summary

We are hiring a Part time Pharmacy Assistant to support daily pharmacy operations and patient service.
No prior pharmacy experience is required — we will train the right person.

Most key: This role requires someone who is kind, patient, calm, and cheerful, as our patients are vulnerable and highly sensitive.

Hiring is based on a paid trial period, with no guarantee of continued employment after the trial.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with warmth, respect, and professionalism
Support prescription workflow and pharmacy organization under pharmacist supervision
Assist with filing, inventory, and daily operational tasks
Perform pharmacy deliveries as required (compensated accordingly)
Follow pharmacy policies, privacy rules, and safety standards

Paid Trial Period




Paid trial period at least one week (not more than 4 weeks)
Continued employment will be based on performance and overall fit

Qualifications
No experience required — training provided
Positive attitude, empathy, and strong communication skills
Comfortable working with patients in an addiction-treatment setting
Reliable, punctual, and respectful
Valid driver’s license required for delivery duties

Compensation
Hourly wage (paid during trial)
Delivery duties compensated separately according to pharmacy policy
