Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Junior Behaviour Consultant to join our teamThe ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behaviour intervention plans, training staff and caregivers, and providing ongoing supervision to behaviour therapists. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Design, implement, and oversee Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programs.
Provide supervision and training to behaviour interventionists and caregivers.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support client success.




Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications:
Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing preferred
Supervision can be provided to the right candidate
Solid knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
