Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages using POS (Point of Sale) for order processing.
Bake fresh pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties with basic math skills to ensure accurate payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling regulations.




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the board game area.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies needed for baking and beverage preparation.

Qualifications
Previous baking experience is preferred.
Previous barista experience is preferred; familiarity with serving in the food industry is a plus.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of board games is a plus.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
