Responsibilities
Assist residents or clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Reminder for medications following care plans and safety protocols.
Support seniors and individuals with disabilities through companionship, engagement, and emotional encouragement.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary.
Maintain a clean and protected environment by performing light cleaning and sanitation tasks regularly.
Observe and document changes in health status or behavior,



communicating updates to the healthcare team promptly.
Provide specialized dementia care by implementing personalized routines and ensuring a calm, supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications
Prior experience working in home care support assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care.
Strong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication and empathy.
Ability to perform cleaning tasks, meal preparation, and other household duties efficiently.
Certification as a Health Care Aide or equivalent is an asset; ongoing training is supported.
Experience working with diverse populations requiring home care or senior care services is advantageous.
