We are seeking a friendly, organized, and outgoing Dental Receptionist to join our busy, growing practice. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our office, providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations each day. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for patients from check-in to check-out. You will handle appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all visitors.
Schedule appointments efficiently using the dental practice management system, AbelDent.
Verify insurance coverage and patient benefits accurately and efficiently.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments and processing transactions.
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking clear, detailed messages.




Maintain organization of insurance forms and other administrative documents to ensure accuracy and easy accessibility.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist (preferred), demonstrating robust organizational and customer service skills.
Familiarity with Abeldent or similar dental practice management software.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally and courteously.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining robust attention to detail.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work the following hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:40 - 5:15

Friday 8:45 - 2:30

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
