Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality shisha (hookah) according to established standards and guest preferences
Engage with guests in a friendly, qualified manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all shisha equipment, workstations, and lounge areas in compliance with food safety standards
Upsell additional menu items such as beverages, snacks, or accessories to enhance the guest experience
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems like Micros POS accurately and efficiently
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed when serving food or beverages alongside shisha offerings




Monitor guest flow and manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while maintaining quality service

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in restaurants or lounges
Robust customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with the food industry, serving etiquette, and guest services standards
Kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
