Store Manager - Full Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring sales targets are met, maintaining merchandising standards, and fostering a positive shopping environment. The Store Manager will play a key role in driving store success through effective team management, operational oversight, and strategic planning.

Tasks
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Manage staff and assign duties
Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Determine staffing requirements
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Skills
Proven experience in retail management, sales management, or store supervision with strong leadership capabilities
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in negotiation and phone etiquette




Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills
Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and marketing initiatives
Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and professional development
Competence in budgeting, sales analysis, training & development, and administrative responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to handle customer service issues with professionalism and tact
Leadership qualities with a focus on inspiring staff and driving store success

Pay: $43.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
