Responsibilities
Design and deliver customized English lessons that align with each student’s learning objectives and proficiency levels
Use interactive teaching methods to make lessons engaging, lively, and effective
Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
Adapt teaching strategies based on individual student needs, learning styles, and feedback
Maintain explicit communication with students and parents or guardians regarding progress and areas for development
Create a positive,



motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and confidence-building
Keep detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, and attendance for ongoing evaluation

Experience
Proven experience working with children or young learners in an educational setting
Prior tutoring experience in English or related language instruction preferred
Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage diverse learning needs effectively
Solid understanding of teaching methodologies suitable for different age groups and skill levels
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all backgrounds
