Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Maintain knowledge of food preparation, ingredients, and allergy information to assist guests effectively




Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals, responding promptly to requests, and resolving any issues professionally

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic food safety practices
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing payments accurately
