Duties
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
Perform routine repairs such as fixing plumbing leaks, electrical issues, HVAC systems, and minor carpentry tasks.
Assist with preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of facilities and equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability.
Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe following safety protocols and standards.




Collaborate with vendors or contractors when specialized repairs or services are required.

Skills
Proven experience in general maintenance or repair roles with a strong understanding of building systems.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying solutions before problems escalate.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on maintenance activities clearly.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to building maintenance work.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
Basic proficiency with tools, equipment, and maintenance management software is preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
