Duties:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
Provide information about motel facilities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary
Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
Assist with reservations and room assignments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

This is an Entry Level Position. No experience necessary. Training provided.
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is a plus




Knowledge of hotel procedures and guest services is beneficial
Multilingual or bilingual skills are an advantage in order to assist international guests
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
