Qualifications:

Technical Expertise & Field Operations
Install, repair, and replace piping, drainage, and fixtures across commercial, industrial, and high-rise facilities.
Execute riser shutdowns, valve replacements, and main shut-off operations with full code compliance.
Clear blockages using power flushing and snaking equipment on drains and main sewer lines.
Diagnose complex leaks using thermal imaging, blueprints, and mechanical specifications.
Perform high-quality soldering, pipe fitting, and damaged fixture removals.

Professionalism & Site Management
Coordinate seamlessly with property managers, contractors,



and clients while handling competing priorities under pressure.
Document work orders accurately, report job progress to the Operations Manager, and uphold strict safety standards.
Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring tools and materials are fully stocked, maintained, and job-ready.
