Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant operations, driving, and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Duties include washing dishes, answering phone calls, making pizza boxes, and delivering food to customers.
Responsibilities
Safely operate vehicles to deliver food to customers and clients within designated routes.
Communicate effectively with managers and cooks to ensure accuracy.
Assist in kitchen activities such as cleaning and organising when not on deliveries.
Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities.
Skills
Experience in delivering food to customers in a timely manner.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Proven experience in local driving with a valid driver’s license suitable for operating vehicles.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with customers.
Restaurant experience is a plus, including familiarity with food prep and packaging.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
