Goodfellow Inc is a growth oriented, Canadian-based company specializing in the wholesale distribution of wood products, and remanufacturing, distribution and brokerage of lumber. We are currently seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator for our Campbellville ON. location.

Shipping Coordinator Duties:
Coordinate and control shipments for internal and external carriers
Monitor and process inbound loads from other branches and communicate this information to other staff.
Verify the accuracy of inbound loads and outbound loads and contact other branches to have any errors corrected.
Handle inquiries regarding inbound / outbound shipments
Arrange for pick up of RMA’s and general inventory
Manage paper flow in a timely manner
Other shipping office duties as assigned

Fulfillment Duties:
Reviewing and processing orders in Epicor
Confirming stock availability
Releasing orders to operation warehouse for picking and shipping

Shipping Coordinator Qualifications:




Familiar with Ontario geography and freight lanes
Dispatch experience is a must
Sound understanding of ERP Software (Epicor preferred), Excel, Word and e-mail
Accurate data entry skills
Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
Able to perform well under pressure
Strong memory skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions
Effectively work in a close team atmosphere
