We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Installer to join our energetic construction and remodeling team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing custom and pre-fabricated kitchen cabinets and related fixtures. You will ensure a high-quality, high-precision finish that meets our strict craftsmanship standards and exceeds client expectations. [1]Duties & Responsibilities
Blueprints & Layouts: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate layout planning and precise cabinet placement.
Site Preparation: Measure installation spaces accurately to determine optimal cabinet fit and mark guidelines for seamless execution.
Installation: Install upper and lower cabinets, vanities, fill strips, and custom millwork using a variety of hand and power tools.
Finishing Touches: Scribe and install crown moldings, trim, toe-kicks, and hardware (handles/hinges) with clean precision.
Site Care:



Maintain a protected and clean work area by organizing tools and properly disposing of construction debris throughout the project.
Client Collaboration: Work professionally alongside design teams, project managers, and clients to troubleshoot and resolve site challenges promptly.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or custom woodworking. ( Past Job Experience letter required )
Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard hand and power tools (Miter saws, drills, levels, pneumatic nailer ) and specialized jigs.
Physical Strength: Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently (handling heavy materials and bulky cabinets).
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for alignment, level lines, plumb walls, and seamless joints.
Logistics: A valid driver's license with a clean abstract is strongly preferred for traveling to various job sites.
Communication: Transparent verbal communication skills in English to interact smoothly with the team and clients.

Pay: $18.78-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60.0 per week
