Caribou Tuktu Cabs is the Main Taxi/ Public Transportation Company in the Capital city of Iqaluit, Nunavut.

We are looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, as well as experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical problems. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting vehicles, performing routine maintenance, and completing repairs as needed.

Salary will equate to experience, knowledge and skills.

Vehicle supplied

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical problems.
Perform routine maintenance on vehicles.
Inspect and test vehicles to diagnose and identify problems.
Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and other parts of the vehicle.
Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 46.5 per week
