Need A Bin Inc. is a Canadian company providing full-service hook lift disposal bin rentals, demolition services, material deliveries and junk removal. We are seeking a full time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Work Schedule: 4 Day Work Week, Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
Receive, process, and manage sales orders accurately
Communicate with dispatch regarding same-day orders and customer requests
Maintain and update customer and sales information in databases efficiently
Provide an exceptional customer experience at all times
Answer customer questions and provide logical solutions
Record and track information as needed
Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new services to customers
Manage overdue invoices and follow up with customers as required
Connect with customers to request Google reviews and feedback
Perform general administrative duties and office tasks as they arise




Assist with organizing and maintaining office common areas
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Achieve individual and team sales goals daily, weekly and monthly
Follow up on customer leads and inquiries promptly
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of the construction and/or waste management industry is an asset
Strong qualified communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in computer applications, including database management and order processing

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
