Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join our Carl’s Jr. kitchen team. As a Back of House Crew Member, you will be responsible for preparing food to company standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and following all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to Carl’s Jr. standards and recipes.
Ensure food is prepared accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety procedures.
Keep kitchen workstations, equipment, floors, and storage areas clean and organized.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required.
Stock and rotate food, ingredients, and supplies.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining food quality.
Communicate effectively with front-of-house team members and managers.
Minimize food waste and properly handle and dispose of waste.




Follow workplace health and safety policies.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Robust teamwork and communication skills.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Previous kitchen, restaurant, or food-service experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
