Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our team in a dynamic culinary environment. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth service. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food service, robust attention to hygiene, and experience in restaurant or hospitality settings. Responsibilities
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
Take out garbage and recycling as needed
Follow food safety and handling procedures diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations
Assist with food prep (chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, sauces, etc.)




Help restock kitchen stations
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support kitchen team as needed

Requirements
Prior dishwashing experience preferred
Basic food prep experience an asset
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
