Duties:
Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
Conduct wheel alignments and balancing
Inspect tires for wear and damage
Recommend appropriate tire replacements based on customer needs
Maintain accurate records of tire inventory and service history
Assist customers with tire-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Skills:
Automotive repair experience, preferably as a mechanic or tire technician
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of tire systems
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with tire installation and repair
Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures is a plus
Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a skilled manner
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
