Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their experience
Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and information about our offerings using clear and skilled communication
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Support food service operations by serving food and drinks as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station, dining areas, and common spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events

Experience
Previous experience in guest services, serving,



or hospitality roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
Food service experience or restaurant background is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with customer interactions
Strong Guest interation skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices essential for creating welcoming interactions
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a lively, friendly demeanor

Must be available Saturday and Sundays as well as Holidays as needed.

Hours are generally 9:30 am - 2:00 pm. or 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

There may be an opportunity to learn and pick up evening shifts in the future.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 12.0 per week
