We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registred Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including evaluating mobility, strength, and functional abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and recovery goals
Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and post-treatment exercises
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment progress,
and discharge summaries in accordance with medical terminology standards
Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize recovery
Experience
Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in a hospital setting is essential
Prior experience in acute care environments demonstrating ability to handle complex cases promptly and effectively
Pediatric experience is highly desirable, with a focus on treating children across various age groups
Solid background in patient care with excellent communication skills to foster trust and understanding
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices is required for precise documentation and collaboration
Ability to work efficiently both independently and within multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure situations
