Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team as Coil Plating Operators. No prior plating experience is required as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and operate production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the coil plating production line after completing training
Load and unload metal coils safely and efficiently
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues to supervisors or maintenance
Maintain production records and follow work instructions
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations
Qualifications & Skills
Mechanical aptitude and interest in working with equipment and machinery
Willingness to learn and be trained on plating line operations
Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Reliable with valuable attendance
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs when required
Comfortable working around machinery and in a manufacturing setting
