About the Position
This detail-oriented position provides administrative support for compliance with a primary focus on ELD’s Hours of Service compliance, maintenance oversight including service scheduling, and carrier vetting including insurance and regulatory safety compliance.
About the Responsibilities
· Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, fleet, logistics, or compliance administration
· Knowledge of ELDs and related Hours of Service compliance and transportation compliance requirements.
· Experience in following maintenance schedule, updating records
· Carrier vetting and related verification for insurance and safety
· Performing routine internal audits including regulatory documentation, identifies and report risks to senior manager
About Education and Experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation and compliance administration
· Positive, self-motivated, self-starter, works independently with high attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Demonstrates superior communication skills that foster open, respectful communication and dialogue
· Knowledge of applicable Nationals Safety Code and US DOT requirements including applicable Federal Acts and Regulations
