Duties
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently while maintaining safety standards
Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic vehicle inspections to ensure optimal engine performance
Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks accurately and safely
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and communicate findings to the service team
Assist customers with basic questions about their vehicle’s maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services
Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used parts and fluids in accordance with environmental regulations




Support the sales team by explaining service options and promoting additional maintenance services when appropriate

Qualifications
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely on a regular basis during tire installations or maintenance tasks
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and explicit communication abilities
Familiarity with automotive systems, tire technology, and basic vehicle maintenance procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of sales principles related to automotive services is a plus
