This is your chance to become an significant part of a busy, patient-focused practice where no two days are the same! You’ll build genuine relationships with patients, work alongside a welcoming and collaborative team,



and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Strong working knowledge of Tracker
Confidence managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and communicating professionally with patients
Experience with dental insurance claims and pre-authorizations
Accounts receivable experience is an asset
Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities
A positive, collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to providing excellent patient care
