ROLE SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Worker will be responsible for receiving product, completing required documentation, maintaining accurate inventory, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, protected operation of material handling equipment, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The Warehouse Worker also ensures that all warehouse procedures, safety standards, and inventory controls are consistently followed.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately pick, receive, verify, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring inventory records and documentation are completed correctly and on time.
Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and power jacks, and complete required equipment inspections, charging and maintenance checks.
Load, unload, move, and store products safely and efficiently while ensuring all shipments are properly secured and protected.
Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, WHMIS, Dangerous Goods regulations, and warehouse procedures; promptly report any safety concerns, incidents, or operational issues.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product handling, RF scanning (where applicable),



and accurate placement of incoming goods.
Provide skilled customer service, maintain a clean and organized work setting.
Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Knowledge and Competencies
Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
Previous training and experience with WHMIS and Dangerous Goods handling are an asset.
Knowledge in basic computer programs

WORKING CONDITIONS
Must wear all required PPE as per location requirements – safety glasses, hi -visible safety vest, safety shoes etc.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and team assist lifting where required.
Frequent changes in temperature depending on the movements inside the warehouse.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
