We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Surrey Admin team. Prairie Pacific Coast Express Corp. offers a qualified work environment, a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Agent's key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner,



attentively addressing their concerns
Maintain and update customer information in the database
Provide assistance and resolutions to customers based on the company's customer service guidelines
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and teams to stay informed about current products, services, and policies
Fulfill other duties as assigned

What the successful candidate will bring:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in attaching documents, multitasking with multiple screens and tabs
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated
Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to engage with clients in a pleasant and professional manner
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
