Our Land Services client is seeking a Land Analyst, industry expert, or Land Administrator for a remote contract chance on exciting new projects! Responsibilities
Exceeding expectations to our diverse client base
Professional and effective correspondence with clients, regulatory agencies, lawyers, engineers, surveyors and industry peers
Coordination of projects with our experienced land administration and land agent teams
Effective communication and direction to teams
Consultation and acquisition for various surface interests
Manage all aspects of a project from Public consultation, ROW acquisition, regulatory compliance, construction and reclamation and land requirements for regulatory filings

Skillset of the successful candidate:
High level of integrity and ethics
Exceptional reporting and management skills




Robust computer skills and proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity, confidence and commitment to work on linear projects
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of urgent tasks
Experience with surface land acquisitions, construction attendance
Experience with BC Crown applications and third-party agreements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Positive, friendly, and professional interaction with co-workers and clients
Experience using Spin II, ETS, OneStop, EDS system, ILRR, myLTSA, CORES, and ISC is a benefit
Valid Commissioners for Oaths in the Western Provinces is an asset
