Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service to our guests. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we welcome individuals eager to learn and grow within the food industry.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Support the team during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders
Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food handling,



sanitation, and safety protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

Skills
Experience in serving, food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and food safety regulations
Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently under pressure during busy hours
Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices in kitchen operations
Excellent attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
Willingness to learn new techniques and improve culinary skills over time

Pay: $17.85-$25.10 per hour
