Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selection and project advice
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions
Support various departments (lumber, hardware, seasonal, etc.) as needed
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions when required
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as a team
Retail or customer service experience is an asset
Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
Bilingual abilities (English required; additional languages are advantageous)
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations




Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong time management skills to prioritize responsibilities during shifts
Day, evening, and weekend availability required
