Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our agile restaurant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and experience in food and beverage service. Previous experience with POS systems is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
Handle cash and process payments accurately through cashiering systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area according to food safety standards
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health regulations
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining attention to detail




Uphold food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
Assist in setting up and closing down the bar or dining area as required

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Good time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently
Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Must be at least 18 years old and able to serve alcohol responsibly where applicable
