Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism
Manage the front desk by checking clients in and out efficiently, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records
Assist veterinary staff with animal restraint, sample collection, and basic medical procedures under supervision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, kennels, and reception space to ensure a secure environment
Support laboratory tasks by preparing samples, recording data, and maintaining laboratory supplies (laboratory experience preferred)
Educate pet owners on post-treatment care,
medication instructions, and upcoming appointments to promote pet health
Handle administrative duties such as billing, processing payments, and updating patient records with precision
