What This Job Offers:
Monday–Friday PM Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

Basic Job Function:
Manage sanitation program including documentation and training
Coordinate and schedule the activities of the sanitation department
Manage sanitation chemical program including training
Communicate with day shift about issues and concerns
Assist with maintenance as it pertains to the sanitation department
Manage work meet all regulatory standards (SFCR, FMSA, GFSI, etc.)
Participate on HACCP Team




Ensure compliance with Pre-Requisite Programs including GMPs
Ensure compliance with OHSA
Manual cleaning as required
Perform other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Minimum 5 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience
Experience in food manufacturing sanitation and/or cleaning and/or chemical handling
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient computer skills for management of documents and management programs
Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to support job-related duties.
Ability for lifting, climbing, bending etc.,
