Job Title: Collections Associate
Location: Peel Region, ON
Job Type: Temporary - Permanent (Hybrid)
Salary: $20.00-$22.00/hour

Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Collections Associate to join their team.

Job Description:
Daily collections and follow up of problem receivables
Dealings with customers, branch administrators and managers
Extensive phone and computer work
Investigating short payments
Balancing contract amounts
Reconciling accounts
Various other projects and tasks as required
Data Entry, minimum 60 words per minute

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years credit and collections experience
Knowledge of accounting principals




Excellent time management and organizational skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively deal with both external and internal customers
Assertive, with a positive, take-charge attitude
PC fluency focusing on Microsoft Office, Dynamics, Excel is a must, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records
