Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and swiftly
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and digital payments with precision and integrity
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cashier area and dining space
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times

Experience
Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and serving procedures
Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
