What you’ll do
Help patients choose frames and lenses that suit their prescriptions, lifestyles, and budgets.
Explain eyewear options clearly and provide friendly, attentive service.
Learn and perform eyewear measurements, adjustments, and basic repairs under appropriate supervision.
Process eyewear orders, track their progress, and help resolve patient concerns.




Assist with insurance billing, frame inventory, displays, and daily clinic operations.
Work closely with our optometrists and team to create a positive patient experience.

What we’re looking for
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Comfort using computers and learning new software.
Someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in doing a job well.
Optical experience is an asset. Candidates with retail, sales, or customer service experience are also encouraged to apply.
