Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous quality improvement in resident care
• Organize and update personalized resident care plans
• Support and supervise care provided by designated staff




• Ensure medication administration follows safety protocols
• Accurately document nursing observations and care delivered
Requirements:
• Recognized RPN nursing license in good standing
• Certified in Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in a health care setting is beneficial
• Robust initiative and problem-solving capabilities
