Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals in need of support in their daily lives. Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication activities
Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met and dietary restrictions are followed
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental health and reduce feelings of isolation
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected setting
Monitor clients’ health status,



report changes or concerns to healthcare specialists promptly
Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques to prevent falls and injuries

Skills
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly desirable
Strong background in senior care, home care, or caregiving roles with a focus on compassionate service
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care is preferred
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining hygiene standards
Demonstrated ability to prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
