Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, solid time management skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience for all guests.

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.
Maintain sanitation and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Ensure cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts.




Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
Solid time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing order totals.
Prior experience in cashiering, serving, or food handling roles will be beneficial for success in this position. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills within the food industry while contributing to a positive team setting focused on guest satisfaction.
